Michael Ashker
Michael Ashker is a principal and founder of Agility Partners.
Mr. Ashker also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors
of HealthAxis, Inc, a publicly traded provider of Business
Processing Outsourced solutions to the health insurance industry.
Mr. Ashker is a past Board member of CourtLink, Inc., the leading
provider of electronic document filing and information services
to the justice industry. Mr. Ashker was a founder or co-founder
of HealthAxis, CourtLink, Imerica Financial Corporation and
Lynx Capital Group. Mr. Ashker served as President and Chief
Executive of Imerica Financial Corporation from May 2003 through
2004. Also as CEO of HealthAxis from March 1998 until April
2001. Mr. Ashker was the Managing Director of Lynx Capital
Group LLC, an independent investment advisor and fund management
firm, from September 1995 to January 2000. Prior to such time,
he was a Money Manager for Kidder Peabody & Co. from 1991
to 1995, for Bateman, Eichler, Hill and Richards from 1988
to 1991, and for Shearson/American Express from 1984 to 1988. |

Andrew Felder
Andrew Felder is an experienced M&A professional and entrepreneur.
Mr. Felder has participated in over $11 billion in M&A
transactions, helped raise over $100 million in debt and equity,
structured joint ventures and spinout transactions for Fortune
500 companies. Mr. Felder also co-founded two successful
software companies, HealthAxis and JusticeLink. HealthAxis
became a public company in 2001 (NASDAQ: HAXS) and JusticeLink
was eventually acquired by Lexis-Nexis. Andrew’s 12-year
career has incorporated work across numerous industries including
telecommunications, software, financial services, and consumer
products. |
